  Returns & Refund Policy

  At ArtsworldUk we do our level best to provide you with quality limited edition prints, wooded and soft stone scuptures, however, if you are not satisfied with the product or it was damaged on transit, you have up to 14 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement.  If you are returning the order due to damage which may have occurred on transit, please inform us within 1 day of receiving it. If however, you are returning for any other reason please inform us within 7 days. Any items accepted for return must be sent back in the original packaging and condition. We will not accept returns for items which are due to your misjudgement or if it is the wrong item ordered.

  Returns Procedure

  Simply email us at ArtsworldUk@gmail.com, quoting your order number, and the reason for your return, and please advise if you would like a replacement, or a refund.
  
  We will respond as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48hours.  When we have received your request for a return, we will send you simple instructions as to how and where to return your package.
  
  Repack the item(s) in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in – with regret, we will not accept any returns without original packaging, and if you are returning by courier, we advise that they provide you with a tracking number with sufficient protection to ensure it is returned in the original state. Once we receive your returned order, we’ll replace it or refund it.
  
  We process all refunds within 28 days.
