Returns & Refund Policy

At ArtsworldUk we do our level best to provide you with quality limited edition prints, wooded and soft stone scuptures, however, if you are not satisfied with the product or it was damaged on transit, you have up to 14 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement.  If you are returning the order due to damage which may have occurred on transit, please inform us within 1 day of receiving it. If however, you are returning for any other reason please inform us within 7 days. Any items accepted for return must be sent back in the original packaging and condition. We will not accept returns for items which are due to your misjudgement or if it is the wrong item ordered.

Returns Procedure

Simply email us at artsworlduk.co@gmail.com, quoting your order number, and the reason for your return, and please advise if you would like a replacement, or a refund.

We will respond as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48hours.  When we have received your request for a return, we will send you simple instructions as to how and where to return your package.

Repack the item(s) in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in – with regret, we will not accept any returns without original packaging, and if you are returning by courier, we advise that they provide you with a tracking number with sufficient protection to ensure it is returned in the original state.

Once we receive your returned order, we’ll replace it or refund it.

We process all refunds within 28 days. 

Our Recommendation is that you use a reputable insured and tracked service. The safe return of the goods is your responsibility.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 Refund Policy for Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your product arrived in a damaged state, we will replace it for you on return of the faulty product. In the unlikely event that we cannot replace a damaged or faulty product, or if you have placed an order which we are unable to fulfil for example a broken sculpture that is one of a kind with no replacement, a refund will be transferred back into your account once we have received the broken item:

Shipping policy

We use first class recorded and tracked delivery either My Hermes or Royal Mail who provide a tracked delivery service, with orders easily tracked on the App. You will be able to take control of your delivery and have it delivered at your convenience.

Delivery by courier is to your front door.  For your and our protection, we do not offer a Safe Place option due to the high value of the products.  Please use the App to rearrange your delivery to a suitable day, alternative address, or arrange a pickup if are in the Kent Area.

Courier Delivery Service

All deliveries are to the shipping address provided on your order. My Hermes or Royal mail will allow an option to leave with a trusted neighbour, change your date, or to send the local depot for pick up.  For your parcels security, we do not offer a Safe Place option.

With regret, No claims can be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc. caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery.  In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to claim insurance with the courier.  With regret, no compensation can be offered for items damaged in transit, we will replace the item for you within our terms.

 

Your artwork will be carefully quality checked and well packaged before shipping, please open carefully and check your product thoroughly within 24 hours of receipt.
