Terms & conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Megasales Pvt Ltd (The Company) and you, the customer. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.

We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.

Failure by us to enforce any one of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

Customer Orders

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. All orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that, although order acknowledgement constitutes the commencement of a legally binding contract, we reserve the right to subsequently cancel the order if we find that it does not meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions with regards to price, delivery and payment. We use fraud detection software to protect both you, the customer, and ourselves.

If we decide not to accept your order, you will be advised in writing.

The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of  vat but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.

Colour Disclaimer

Our limited edition prints have been professionally done with colour matching technology giving the finished product exquisite appearance with colours that match the original. We pride ourselves with the quality of our products. 

Delivery Information

We can deliver most pictures to most addresses in the UK Mainland., Deliveries to the rest of the world will be subject to taxes from those countries and additional charges will apply depending on the specific requirements of that country. We use tracked and recorded delivery.

Please be aware that delivery by courier is to your front door. In the case of heavier items, please ensure you are able to move the goods from your doorstep into your house. With regret, no claims can be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc. caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery (see Delivery Times)

Delivery Times

Delivery times are Monday to Saturday between 7am and 8pm. You will be able to track and change your delivery to suit your availability (ie day and address) – Please be advised that we do not offer a safe place option due to the value of the product,  

All products

All delivery dates and times quoted are approximate as we use third party courier companies. Please note that where an order contains two or more items with different delivery lead-times, we will always ship the complete order based on the latest lead-time.  While we make every effort to accommodate customer requests, no guarantee of time can be given.

International Delivery

We can ship your artwork globally by our trusted couriers with tracking available. Please note that further charges for customs, duties, vat, other charges may apply and it is your responsibility to pay these

Our website cannot currently offer international delivery. Please contact our Customer Service team to discuss any international orders and deliveries.

Belgium, France, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands.

Zones 3 & 4

Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Vatican City.

Zones 5 & 7

Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Canada, Canary Islands, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.

Zone 6

United States and Canada

Zone 8

Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates.

Zone 9

Bahrain, Brunei, Jordan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Yemen.

Zone 10

The rest of the world / countries not listed above.

Customs Duties, Fees, Taxes, Levies & Other Charges:

Items delivered to destinations outside the UK may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies, or other charges as a result of those  country’s legislations or customs formalities. These will be due before your items are be delivered. In most cases, the recipient will be responsible for all customs duties for the import of the item(s) and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges that may be levied outside the UK. The recipient of the items, not the person placing the order, will typically receive a separate request for payment of these charges when the goods arrive in the country of destination. If you are ordering Items to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they are aware of their responsibilities for these additional charges.

Please note that in some countries, such as the United States of America and Canada, the person ordering may receive a request for payment of these charges, in which case you will be responsible for paying these additional charges. Payment by you or the recipient (as applicable) must be received by the relevant customs authority before delivery of the Items is made.

Unfortunately, ArtsworldUk  have no control over these charges as a result we are unable to offer any assistance on these. We advise that you check any customs requirements and the import charges applicable in countries other than the UK before you place your order. 

You (or the recipient of the order if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the items. Therefore, before placing an order, you are responsible for checking that any items ordered comply with country, state and/or federal government import regulations and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.

We will act on your behalf as an exporter of the items and will complete export declarations in our name on your behalf.

If an order is placed and restrictions that we were not aware of at the time the order was made are applied by the customs authority of the destination country, then we will cancel the order and return the payment to you.

Important notice – on receiving your goods

Please check your goods, when they are being delivered by the courier to ensure they have not been damaged on transit. Please report any faults or transit damage within 24 hours of receipt, this allows us to take this up with the courier as soon as possible. The longer you leave it the more complex it may be for the courier to acknowledge that goods were damaged on transit. 

Returns

Returns & Refund Policy

At ArtsworldUk we do our level best to provide you with quality limited edition prints, wooded and soft stone scuptures, however, if you are not satisfied with the product or it was damaged on transit, you have up to 14 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement.  If you are returning the order due to damage which may have occurred on transit, please inform us within 1 day of receiving it. If however, you are returning for any other reason please inform us within 7 days. Any items accepted for return must be sent back in the original packaging and condition. We will not accept returns for items which are due to your misjudgement or if it is the wrong item ordered.

Returns Procedure

Please email us at artsworlduk@gmail.com quoting your order number, and the reasons why you are returning the items, and please advise if you would like a replacement, or a refund.

We will respond as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48hours, and as we are closed weekends, all weekend emails will be responded to on Monday – and when we have received your request for a return, we will send you simple instructions as to how and where to return your package.

Please repack the item(s) in the original packaging it arrived in – and add further packaging if necessary to ensure your package endures a courier return, please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in – with regret, we will not accept an returns without original packaging.

Once we receive your returned order, we’ll replace it or refund it.

We process all refunds within 28 days. 

 

We recommend that you keep the original packing/boxes that your product arrived in. as with regret we cannot accept a return if the picture or sculpture is not safely and securely packaged in the original packaging.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that we cannot replace or repair a damaged or faulty product, or if you have placed an order which we are unable to fulfil refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:

  1. PayPal payments:  refund directly into your PayPal account
  2. Stripe Payments:  refund directly onto the card used to pay

Please note: refunds can take up to 28 days from receipt of returned goods to be processed.
